Got the link from my Jap friend, it’s the TV commercial from Rikunabi – the recruitment agent in Japan for the new graduates.
I find the video somehow give the strength to some extents to those who’re doing job hunting, at least for me. So I thought sharing it to you and sincerely hope this video will inspire you that you’re not alone. Keep trying and don’t lose faith!
I’ll write a bit about the video.
<1st video>
Yamada is the girl like other University students due to complete the studies have already begun seeking jobs before the graduation. The recruitment trend in Japan is toward strict selection procedures, by making greater use of the internet to recruit their candidates, starting from investing on the apparels as in Japan, the uniformity and simplicity of the apparels (suits, bags, shoes) do count, sequence of selection procedures : filling entrysheet to the company recruitment website, 説明会-setsumeikai (company introduction seminar), sets of tests, interviews in which all of the schedules are already strictly well-arranged by the recruiters for the candidates and these also very time-consuming to go here and there as the companies mostly have the same recruitment period which is possibly giving pressure.
She had lack of sleep due to preparations, tried her level best to perform the best for the interviews, but somehow she failed..
..
It’s normal that ones failed the attempts and removed the applied companies from the list. There’re times when ones feel the lowest point, both mentally and physically tired as only few remaining companies were on the list, but somehow ones should keep trying. Like what she did, she learnt by doing from the previous experiences. And finally she got the 内定-naitei (job offer).
「誰かが」、ではなく「まず自分が」
皆さん、どんな困難でも諦めないで。。種々の困難をやっぱり克服する事が出来るから。日夜努力して成功を信じる。頑張ろう
私も来週の面接頑張ります。

From all your efforts and stories.. I can feel the tough conservative recruitment strategy you are facing. (I have never been through such tedious recruitments.)
Whenever you are done with the day settling yourself down with gloom, wake up early on the next day to watch the sunset in odaiba… so you can get back the strength and perseverance to rise again.
