My short post before leaving dorm..
Yesterday, the densha I wished to ride, was out of service due to the suicide. It’s a train suicide by jumping from the platforms towards the running train. This typical of suicide’s image is terribly strong in Japan. It caused the delay and the passengers’re then given a compensation ticket to change to other densha line (read : other company’s services).
Sometimes, I ask myself what do they expect for doing suicide? yoku wakaranai
Is the choice to end their lifes – diminishing all the hardships burdening them the best solution? Isn’t it too selfish to think only about their own “happiness”?
It’s not fair maybe for me to judge as they may have their own reasons in the way I don’t comprehend.
But I suppose they don’t put any concern on how their families will cope with upset at the loss with the feelings of confusion, anger, guilty.
Do you know that the suicide will later burden their family? As the train will stop their services temporarily, the railway companies will suffer loss. And the family must pay that amount of money to compensate all the trouble caused by the accident to the railway companies.
That’s why, instead, I prefer if they should at least having thought that “they can be something” – no matter how little it is, they can actually be a candle for others for those who need it.
Frankly, I had ever faced such under pressure circumstances, when it’s so hectic messy days, I’ve ever felt like jumping, but fortunately I was still aware and out of the irrational circle. Ha ha.. Not that bad actually! 😛 But I ever had blank mind while waiting the densha, and playing the scenario of how hard those types of people stop doing the irrational suicide and it affected me. (better not try it, and keep being aware! Bcoz there’re possibility of the irrational about the unseen entering your soul when you’re in low level of awareness. – that’s what my mom told me. he he.. )
Anyway, since that, I dominate myself to be positive, spirited and stay happy in many ways.
When I feel underpressure:
1) I am singing out loud/speaking out my mind while riding my bicycle.
2) I speak to family / closest friends.
3) I watch funny dorama
4) I eat sweet foods (esp choco).. -> this is not recommended.. LOL
5) I try silly things like riding bicycle with no hands holding the bicycle( am I doing circus? ha ha)
6) I walk for window shopping
Recently I find the combination of this article and my own ways to be happy as a good one at the moment.
Those above may sound silly, but you can find your own ways to keep being happy and you can then affect your surrounding to be happy, and at last live life to the fullest.
