As I told before that I am going to move to the new dormitory and practically I was no longer registered as the tenant since March 25, but as the fact I still stay in Mitaka lodging until today.
My confusion on how I would be staying during the “homeless period” until the date of moving-in to new dorm, was then responded with so many coincidences that turned out to be advantageous for me. Why?
The moving-out date was March 25 and by March 22 and March 23, my friends helped me moving stuffs to their rooms. While fridger sold one week before, so the other stuffs were not as jumbo size as it, but then distributed to three rooms.
March 24, I handed out the key, after one night before, I was cleaning up the room, mini kitchen, bathroom until shining*cling cling*, he he..
Not bad, when it was checked by the officer, no damage, clean and all the bulbs’re also good. So I was saved for not being charged for any other damage additional fee.
March 25, I started my trip.
March 29, I started sleeping in my friend’s room. Heh? Yeah, as he’s going back to Indonesia, so he’s so kind by offering me his room. So here I’m, in his room now writing this post..
Well, of course it’s not as convenient as living in my own room, but should adapt myself to be wild grass that can live anywhere. 😛
There’s funny story behind the period of “my nomaden”.
More or less, can be explained like this : my previous room was on 3rd floor where boys and girls are mixed together in one storey (most buildings, 3rd floor is only for girls, mine was just exception :P). And now his room is located on 1st floor where only boys stay on the 1st floor. So it’s a bit like playing hide and seek when I want to go out or enter the room. I should peek and train my hearing before going out the room. LOL.
Moreover, the new students are starting to move-in, and the officer usually accompany and guide them to their rooms. So nervous to get caught, yeah violation always make ones worry all the time heh? he he..
Well that’s all the coincidences… Damn lucky me! Really blessed! ^^
I will be soon leaving on Monday, so tomorrow gonna clean up my friend’s room, make the futon(japanese matress) enjoy the sun-bathing. 😛
Ah, I now have both feeling of excitement and loss altogether.
Gonna miss Mitaka, the green city where you can still find vegetable fields in Tokyo-
my Japanese friends even didn’t believe such fields do exist in Tokyo area when they visited me, the perfect place for staying as it’s calm – not like the busy Shibuya or Shinjuku.
The memory of how the room impressed me with its space efficiency which I am proud of in my past posting and made few stumbled upon my blog while searching of the room design interior…
The memory of how pleased to get the chance introducing Bali Traditional Dance-Pendet for the first time to the Japanese and foreign students.. Ah, so many to mention one by one.. he he..
Another 1 month, 1 year, 10 year.. I have no idea where I’ll be at that time..
But for sure, I want to keep the memories of my first dormitory in Japan by the pictures I have taken.
*Sorry if I made mistake in the Japanese, please correct me, okay? he he.. *
In my first week of arrival
After almost one year, stuffs increasing..
