It’s been ages not writing anything here. haha. How are you doing friends?
A lot of happening events during the summer : festival is one of them!
|A one-day summer festival was held in the dormitory as well.
From the end of June/beginning of July, the Program Department started recruiting for the participants.Since a lot of foreign students : single, couple or the family students living here, the concept of a wonderful International atmosphere summer festival is applicable.
Again another lesson I learn from Japanese way of their diligence. Rather than having fun to perform in this event, they really put so much effort and interest to give the best for the performance.
We practiced every morning and thrice a week in the evening.
Another event that’s so typical during the summer is the Hanabi-Firework festival.
It is annual festival in which giving you an enjoyment how people put so much interest by going 3-4 hours before, in order to get the best spot enjoying the fireworks. It’s also common view where people wearing yukata.
And after a year keeping my yukata, I took it out for the Tokyo Bay firework event. It’s one day after the dorm summer festival. It’s great hanabi : the weather’s perfect, the view of Rainbow Bridge as well, but it’s crowded that could hardly walk as the mats were so closed one to another. phew.. ha ha..
And as usual, I am really fond of taking pictures, lot shots for the same view. but the bad thing remains the same, that i’m too lazy to transfer them to the HD, organize them, edit them. Haha..
Meanwhile, just enjoy some random pictures of the events.
|The girls are wearing colorful yukata. Some even put uciwa – the handy manual fan for summer in their obi – the ribbon of the yukata|
|Evening cruise near the Decks-Odaiba, it passed by us giving the barrier of view for us who had prepared the best spot to watch the hanabi. Fortunately it’s for temporarily|
